Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after 7 days of original shipment date will not be acknowledged. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact. If items appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way you will receive a store credit with 15% deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the item(s) enclosed. All customers must obtain a tracking number for returned packages. Please email tracking number to email@example.com. This ensures Grapfrut/Fly Clothing Boutique LLC and the customer the location of the package. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
